  • 1 teaspoon of grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • Lemon juice
  • 250 ml of hot water


Put the fresh ginger in the pots and pour hot water to it. When its almost cool add lemon juice and honey, stir and drink it as soon as you can.
