How to Make Ginger Tea:

  • ¼ tsp. of grounded ginger
  • ¼ tsp. of grounded turmeric
  • 1 cup of water
  • Rae honey, coconut milk (for taste)

Preparation:

Boil the water and add the ginger and turmeric and lower the temperature and let it simmer for about 10 min.

Stir in some milk, strain the tea in a cup and add honey for taste!
