Some spices are a real natural cure for the human body. Thats why some spice combos are more than just good for us, therefore improving our overall health and immunity.1

Here is a mix for a drink which improves immunity, aid in battle against cold and flu, cleanses the body from toxins and parasites etc.

Ingredients:

  • 12 teaspoon of ginger
  • 12 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 12 teaspoon of clove
  • A pinch of cardamom
  • A pinch of turmeric
  • 12 cup of milk
  • Little bit of honey
  • One and a half cup of water

How to prepare:

Mix all the ingredients (spices) from above and pour the warm water over them. After the mixture starts boiling cook for 5 more minutes. Then give it a good stir and add half a cup of warm milk.

Note: Consume unstrained and you can drink as much as you want.
