Fans are obsessed with Rihanna’s beauty line, Fenty Beauty which launched earlier this year.
Bad Girl RiRi blew beauty lover’s minds when she dropped 40 foundation shades during her first launch. Honestly, what other brand has done that?
Well, people are convinced that Huda Beauty straight up copied the songstress with her drop.
Hello darlings! Our #FauxFilter Foundation, Complexion Perfection Primer and Face | Buff & Blend Brush are all available NOW on @sephora .com ❤❤❤

Huda Kattan finally launched her much anticipated foundation shades and people freaked out. Don’t worry – they’re sold out everywhere and there’s a waiting list.
Due to the sheer amount of foundation shades, fans claimed that the beauty blogger turned makeup mogul straight up stole Rihanna’s plan.
I feel like Huda waited for Fenty beauty to drop..saw the feedback and got and THEN dropped hers and basically copied Rihanna..

Well, we’re here to burst your bubble! Fenty dropped in September there is no way that Huda managed to completely change everything in her labs and conjured up all these new foundations within a month?
It’s just not true!
Makeup takes time to create, Rihanna has even said her makeup line was two years in the making. While Huda has been dropping hints about her foundation for months!
So is Huda copying Rihanna? Probably not!
Is it horrific that another makeup brand dropped an inclusive foundation line and people say that they must be copying another brand?
Makeup is calling for more inclusiveness with other beauty bloggers coming to call out the big companies.
Fenty foundation is targeted at people with oily skin, therefore it’s a mattifying formula. This certainly wouldn’t work for dry skin.
Whereas Huda Beauty’s foundation has more of a dewy formula. So it’s perfect for people with dry skin.
We need more and more brands to drop these massive foundation lines so more people can get their foundation shade easily!
