Garlic is awesome then fighting against weight. It is known as good appetite suppressant. With its strong smell, it is stimulating the satiety center in your brain, and reduces the hunger.3

Rats in the first group received alicin, and rats in the second group didnt. Then all rats were fed with high-sugar foods. Rats in the first group had low blood pressure and insulin level, and also had gain less weight then the second group of rats.

  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup water

Preparation:

Squash the lemon and mix it with a cup of water.

Chew the garlic cloves, then drink the lemon water.
