Avoid the “white” carbohydrates

Avoid any carbohydrate which is or may be white. So the following foods are prohibited: bread, rice, cereals, potatoes, pasta, fried food and animal feed.

Eat the same few meals over and over again.

The most successful thing in this effective diet is to eat the same few meals over and over again. They are divided into three groups:

Proteins:

  • Egg whites and one whole egg for flavor
  • Chicken breast or thigh
  • veal
  • pork

Legumes:

  • lens
  • black bean
  • pinto bean

Vegetables:

  • spinach
  • asparagus
  • peas
  • mixed vegetables

Eat as much as you want from the food items above, 4 times a day

10:00-breakfast

13:00 –noon

17:00 –smaller second lunch

7:30-21:00 – sports training

22:00 –dinner

The most important thing is to choose how to practice in order to make us feel enjoyable. Always comply certain time,the best one is after work. This exercise is an essential part of successful weight reduction.
