Natural Remedies for Body Odor:

1. Baking Soda and Lime Juice Mixture

Combining baking soda with lime juice is an effective remedy for body odor. Baking soda not only helps absorb sweat, but it also get rid of bacteria and act as a natural deodorant.

How to Use:
1. Before taking a bath, mix baking soda and lemon juice to make a paste.
2. Apply the paste on your underarms.
3. Leave on for 5-10 minutes.
4. Rinse with water.
5. Take a bath.

2. Lemon Juice

Lemon juice is effective for treating body odor. This is due to lemon juice’s acidic property, which helps lower your skin’s pH level. This process makes it difficult for odor-producing bacteria to survive.

How to Use:
1. Cut 1 fresh lemon into two halves.
2. Rub one half of the lemon on your underarms. Make sure the juice gets onto your skin.
3. Allow it to dry and then take your shower.

Notes:
– Follow this natural remedy once daily, until the odor is gone completely.
– For sensitive skin, dilute the juice from half a lemon in 1/2 cup of water. Then apply it to your underarms using a cotton ball. Leave it for 10 minutes and then rinse with water. Do this once daily until there is improvement.

3. Tomato Pulp

1. Extract the pulp from tomato.
2. Apply it on your armpits directly.
3. Leave on for at least 15 minutes.
4. Rinse.

Notes:
– For better results, do this remedy for a few weeks.

4. Turnip Juice

Turnip is a rich source of nutrients and vitamin C, which not only makes delicious meals but also helps in eliminating body odor. Also, it helps in eliminating odor creating bacteria.

How to Use:
1. Cut the turnip into pieces. Then crush this pieces to make a paste.
2. Put the turnip paste into a sieve and press to get its juice.
3. Apply the turnip juice to your underarms.
4. Let it dry.
5. Rinse.

5. Vinegar

Vinegar can also be used to get yourself rid of body odor. It can also lower the pH level of your skin so that you feel fresh for the entire day, without worrying about your body odor. You can use vinegar in more than one ways.

How to Use:
1. Soak a cotton ball in white vinegar. Then apply to your underarms.
2. Store vinegar in a sprayer and use it to spray under your arms after taking bath. Avoid using any deodorant after using vinegar.
3. Dilute some white vinegar in a glass of water while taking a bath. Then rinse your underarms using this water.

Notes:
– Do not use vinegar just after shaving as this may cause burn on your skin.
