Breaking or losing a beauty product is a sad — but inevitable — part of life. But getting beauty products stolen? In addition to being a serious invasion of privacy (and, you know, illegal), it’s sometimes a real thing that happens. Such was the case for one Fenty Beauty customer, who had all of her Rihanna-approved products stolen from her hotel room (along with everything else she had with her) while she was traveling in New Zealand.
“Last night in NZ, got back to the hotel after a day trip and found absolutely nothing in my room,” user Chiara wrote on Twitter. “Some b*tch stole everything I got. I hate people so much. I lived out of my bag for 2years and now everything’s gone. Fml. All my Fenty Beauty as well 😓”
Her tweet made the Fenty Beauty team’s radar, who responded and offered to replace the products she’d lost. “We’re so sorry to hear! We’re happy to help you replace those Fenty Beauty goodies ❤️ Send us a DM!” the brand wrote, then followed up by saying, “We know how to treat the #FENTYFAMILY especially when they’re down 😘💕”
Chiara was incredibly grateful for the brand’s generous offer, and took to Twitter to share their DMs. “I’m literally lost for words!! Thank you so much @fentybeauty for your generousity and kindness!” she wrote. “That’s what I call outstanding customer service!🙌🏽❤️ thank you so much, I appreciate it a lot. @rihanna has got the best employees ever.”
Like Chiara, the rest of the internet was also appreciative of Fenty’s act of kindness, and expressed their own love for being a part of the Fenty Family.
