Every girl wants to have a tight and lifted butt these days, and there are some exercises that can help you achieve it easily.

Namely, the butt includes three main muscles which function together in order to allow us to move the upper legs in all directions, gluteus minimus, gluteus medius and gluteus maximus.

According to her, we use the gluteus muscles every time we take a step, so they help us move, squat and run.

Therefore, walking is a fantastic exercise, and for enhanced effects, you can tackle some hills, or use the incline if you are on the treadmill. However, you must remember to keep the back from hinging forward while walking.
