Alkaline Water – Recipe
1 organic lemon (washed and sliced)
2 liters of purified water
1 tablespoon of Himalayan salt
Pour the water into a glass jar and put the lemon slices in it. Add the Himalayan salt and close the jar with a lid. Leave it to stay during the night at a room temperature.
Consume 3 glasses of this alkaline water in the morning on an empty stomach.
