  1. Do exercises for 3 hours a week

In the long run exercises are awesome for your brain and many doctors and health experts highly recommend doing an hour per day for at least three days a week of exercises. This is adequate in order to revitalize your brain from 2 to 4 years

  1. Meditate for 10 minutes on a daily basis

High levels of cortisol negatively affect the brain and that is why a 10-minute meditation is surprisingly marvelous for your brain. Simply sit up straight, close your eyes and breathe slowly. Do this 2 times per 5 minutes.

  1. Take omega 3 acids fatty acids on a daily basis

Health advisors suggest that healthy people consume somewhere around 1500mg omega 3 fatty acids a day. Thats why you should consume more nuts, tuna fish, strawberries, beef, soy etc.

  1. Remember something every day

Try to memorize things or at least focus on remembering one info every day and in this way youll help your brain stay active and younger for sure.

People who try to remember things have a higher percentage of grey matter. So go on and challenge yourself.
