The diet for 15 days is carried out in three cycles of 5 days, after which a break is made longer than a few months.

During the diet alcoholic beverages are not permitted and foods must be consumed after the prescribed order.

In just few weeks you should expect 7 pounds less.

This is the food schedule which you should follow:

Breakfast is the same every day: 1 orange or grapefruit or ½ cup of lemonade from ½ lemon sugar, toast and a cup of coffee or tea without sugar and milk.

1 day

Lunch: 1 orange, 1 boiled egg, sour cream

Dinner: 2.2dl cooked tomatoes or tomato, 2 boiled eggs, 1 cucumber

2 day

Lunch: 1 orange, 1 egg, 1 sour cream, 2 pieces of toast

Dinner: 125g minced beef, 1 tomato, 1 orange, 1 toast, 1 cup of tea without sugar

3 day

Lunch: 1 orange, 1 boiled egg, sour cream, 1,2 cucumbers, 1 cup of tea without sugar

Dinner: 125g minced meat, 1 orange, 1 toast, 1 cup of tea

4 day

Lunch: 125g cow cheese, 1 tomato or 1dl cooked tomato, 1 toast

Dinner: 125g minced meat, 2 tomatoes, 1 apple, 1 toast

5 day

Lunch: 200g cooked meat or fish, 1 tomato, 1 toast

Dinner: ½ kg cooked fruits ( carrots, peas, potatoes), 1 egg, 1 tomato.

During the diet you should also consume fluids without sugar, but avoid the fried foods and sweets.

On average, after the 15 day, people who adhered to this diet lost 7 pounds.
